FASTSIGNS #177801 is seeking a full-time onsite Inside Sales representative (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm) with a strong background in customer service. Prior sign-making experience is not required, but sales experience and proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, and database software are essential to succeed.

You will be the primary contact for estimates, orders, and client inquiries, coordinating with staff and vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining a positive customer experience while helping to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficiency with office tools (G-Suite, Excel) and database software.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers, staff and vendors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Be the first point of contact for estimates or orders.
• Maintain timely communication via email and voicemail during business hours.
• Develop and maintain qualified leads and follow up on new referrals.
• Prepare estimates and proposals to attract customers.
