Job summary

IU Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Part-time Inpatient Clinical Dietitian (32 hours/week) with on-call rotation every other weekend and holidays. You will deliver evidence-based nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients, applying the Nutrition Care Process with the interdisciplinary team.

Requires a master's or bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years experience, and timely registration with CDR plus Indiana licensure within the first year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (by 2024) required.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 6 months.
• Indiana state licensure within 1 year.
• Ability to develop nutritional care plans and provide nutrition education.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients using the Nutrition Care Process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and tailor nutrition education to patient needs.
