Indiana University Health is seeking a full-time Day Shift Clinical Dietitian at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. The position requires travel to the Portland Office 2-3 days per week to support inpatient and outpatient nutrition care.

The practitioner will deliver Nutrition Care Process-based care, develop individualized nutrition plans, and educate patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. RD registration and Indiana licensure within set timeframes are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or Bachelor's degree prior to 2024.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 6 months of start date.
• Licensure through the state of Indiana within 1 year of start date.
• Ability to develop nutritional care plans and provide nutritional education.
• Ability to demonstrate competency in nutrition-focused physical exam and malnutrition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients using the Nutrition Care Process.
• Plan, organize, implement and evaluate individualized nutrition education for patients.
• Travel to the Portland Office 2-3 days per week to support a team.
