Job summary

Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne is seeking a Part-time Inpatient Clinical Dietitian to deliver nutrition care to inpatients and outpatients. You will use the Nutrition Care Process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to educate patients and implement nutrition plans tailored to individual needs.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree obtained before 2024), 0–3 years of experience, and timely registration with the CDR and Indiana licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or Bachelor's degree completed prior to 2024.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 6 months of start date.
• Indiana licensure within 1 year of start date.
• Clinical area billing may require CDR approval and Indiana RD license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care to inpatients and outpatients using the Nutrition Care Process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate nutrition education.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans and provide education to patients/clients.
