Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching: guide employees on proper body mechanics.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions: assess risks with site teams and implement prevention.
• Hands-On Therapy: provide deep tissue therapy as required.
• Documentation: maintain detailed records using DORN systems.
• Employee Surveys: gather feedback on service impact weekly.
• Reporting: communicate progress to client teams and DORN management.
