Job summary

Local Infusion is launching new infusion centers in Colorado and seeks a compassionate Infusion Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch. This part-time, in-person role in Johnstown focuses on high-quality patient care, safety, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate holds Colorado NP licensure, 2+ years in outpatient or infusion-based care, and strong communication and documentation skills to coordinate with providers and patients throughout the care plan.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment, experience in IV therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and care plans.
• Collaborate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure delivery of care through order clarification and status updates.
• Resolve clinical escalations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications per patient needs and protocols.
