Job summary

Commonpoint Queens is hiring a part-time Infant & Toddler Center Support Staff within the early childhood department to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment across multiple classrooms.

You will assist teachers with daily routines, supervise children, prepare and sanitize materials, keep the classroom clean, support transitions, follow licensing and health guidelines, and collaborate with the teaching team and families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience caring for children 3 months to 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and program delivery.
• Assist teachers with daily routines and supervise children.
• Prepare and sanitize materials; maintain classroom cleanliness.
