Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks an Independent Living Coordinator to deliver case management for youth and young adults facing homelessness or housing instability in Sheridan & Johnson Counties. This role requires travel to Johnson County and coordination with local partners.

The position is part-time, with day shifts, and involves service coordination, intake processing, and life-skills instruction to support youth toward stability and independence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of case management experience.
• High School diploma with four years of case management experience and a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in human services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide case management for education, housing stability, budgeting, employment.
• Conduct intake to establish program eligibility.
• Coordinate referrals with community providers and human service agencies.
• Maintain case management data and records of services provided.
• Deliver life skills classes for youth in Sheridan and Johnson counties.
• Assist with Homeless Outreach Intakes and inquiries.
