Job summary

Two weekday shifts (5:00–8:00 p.m.) plus occasional weekend hours are available. Driving during shifts is required; a valid license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Toms River, New Jersey, focusing on community outings, everyday activities, and personal goals.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Support activities and routines according to the individual's needs and guidance.
• Follow individualized instructions, prioritize safety, and complete required service documentation.
• Stay in communication with the Kindly Direct Care team and keep the agreed schedule.
