Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support in-store execution for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy. You will travel to Owosso, Flushing, and Swartz Creek areas, stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring planograms are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude; ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Owosso, MI; secondary locations: Flushing, MI and Swartz Creek, MI.
• Schedule availability includes Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; start time 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales reps to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits and photograph displays as part of the DSD merchandising process.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and displayed per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.
