Mondelēz International is seeking a part-time Nabisco Merchandiser in Michigan to stock shelves, build displays, and maintain visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other brands. You will travel to stores within a 25-mile radius, follow DSD steps, and report to the merchandising manager.

The role requires driving your own vehicle with valid insurance, Flexibility for Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday shifts, and starting around 6:00 AM for 20–25 hours per

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store staff and work with the sales rep to optimize shelf visibility and promotional displays
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD merchandising steps and capture display photos
• Place product orders via iPad to ensure stock and proper shelf/display levels
• Keep Nabisco leading brands well represented and stocked per Mondelēz guidelines
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management
• Adhere to the daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor while representing Mondelēz in store
