Job summary

Cole Haan in Edina, MN is seeking a part-time Sales Lead/Sales Associate to drive sales, lead a positive team environment, and uphold brand standards. You will support training, visual merchandising, and daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidates must be 16+ and available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Part-time position in retail
• Related field experience preferred
• Candidates at least 16 years old
• Flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays
• Independent work ethic, time management, accountability
• Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention
• Lead a team to coordinate tasks including receiving shipments and store cleanliness
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in coaching and training
• Communicate effectively in English
• Computer skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, stand long hours
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds occasionally

• Drive sales and KPI goals for the store
• Coach staff to exceed goals and maintain a positive team culture
• Support in training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and loss prevention
• Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with brand expectations
• Support in store opening/closing processes and daily operations
