Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations in retail environments in the Brookfield area. You will learn products, engage customers and demonstrate features while maintaining a professional appearance and handling demo equipment.

The role is part-time (up to 25 hours/week) with travel as needed; you will prepare samples and report on execution while coordinating with store staff and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient with PC and internal systems.
• Food handlers permit may be required.
• Stand/walk for shift; lift up to 25 pounds; manage demo equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented.
• Engage and sell product to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and serve samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Present professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for execution.
• Meet 100% execution on tasks.
• Assist with client visits and audits.
• Build rapport with store personnel.
