Job summary

Hallmark is seeking an in-store Merchandiser to work with local store teams, manage product placement, and maintain inventory. You will service multiple retail environments, restock Hallmark lines, and ensure displays are updated and appealing.

The role emphasizes independence, time management, and strong retailer relationships, with a part-time, variable schedule and training provided. Some holiday coverage and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to view documents and information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to and between stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within assigned stores using a handheld device, communicating with supervisors and reporting time.
• Holiday support: Work additional days and extended hours around major holidays; may work actual holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: Participate in installations and resets, with advance notice for remodels, including evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: Collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in the territory.
