Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in assigned retail stores, coordinating with store teams to optimize product placement and inventory levels. You will independently manage displays and resets, ensuring planograms and seasonal changes are executed smoothly.

You will visit grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers, engaging with staff and customers, and supporting holiday and inventory drives as needed. This role requires reliability and mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installing fixtures, relocating cards, and remodeling tasks with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
