Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations for food and non-food products. You will acquire product knowledge, engage customers, and demonstrate products professionally while maintaining a neat appearance.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, communicating features, and ensuring smooth event setup. This role is part-time with a flexible schedule in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred or equivalent.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in basic PC/mobile device usage and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses: Local food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gains knowledge of products represented.
• Interacts with consumers and sells products in a positive manner.
• Explains product features and benefits to customers.
• Prepares and serves food samples using appliances like microwaves, fryers, skillets, and coffee makers.
• Maintains a clean, safe work station with cleaning chemicals.
• Upholds professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Sets up Event Table for execution and completes audits.
• Builds rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Completes expense reports per company policy and submits online requirements on the day of Event.
