Job summary

Product Connections is seeking a part-time Lead Event Specialist to join our in-store demonstration team at Sam's Club locations. You will engage customers, showcase product features, and help run events, serving as a hands-on leader for fellow team members.

No prior demo experience is required; we provide training. This role offers weekly pay with direct deposit, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement in a fun, retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; local regulations may require additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Serve as in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
