Brobston Group in Minnesota is hiring Part-time Brand Ambassadors to provide personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while supporting sales goals and representing the brand in-store.

You will engage customers, build client relationships, use digital tools to facilitate purchasing, and help maintain store standards. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts is required.

Formación

• Retail or related experience preferred in high-volume or specialty environments.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive relationships.
• Able to operate a register and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Drive daily business and sales goals by prioritizing customer needs.
• Support initiatives, team training, and brand standards.
