OPPORTUNITY:

As a recruiter at Worthington Design & Remodeling, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with opportunities in the residential construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, with deep knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Partner with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for every role
• Create, post, and update job descriptions and specifications on relevant platforms
• Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications for the role
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
• Assist with successfully onboarding new employees to become fully integrated

SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Proven experience in corporate recruiting
• Strong command of full-cycle recruitment, from intake to offer acceptance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
• Working knowledge of recruiting tools, including ATS platforms and industry job boards
• Basic knowledge of residential construction is a plus
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies is a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour with performance-based incentive bonuses for successful hires. This is a part-time, flexible role, ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week depending on the number of open positions. The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office meetings at our Carmel location.
