Overview

As a 360 Recruiter with us, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—which includes driving business development, managing client accounts, and recruiting top-tier talent. You’ll have the autonomy to develop strategies that work for you and the support to grow your client base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, account management, and recruiting for senior-level positions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent while expanding your client relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for highly sought-after positions.

What We Are Not

We’re a specialized agency. If you don’t have experience in 360 recruitment with business development in the SMB space, this may not be the right fit. This is a company where capable 360 recruiters will be part of a team with full autonomy and minimal oversight. Be prepared to discuss net new job orders, net new clients, and Business Development KPIs you were held to at your current or past firms.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Agency Recruiter, with expertise in business development, account management, and headhunting.
  • Strong ability to source and place senior-level talent and negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.
  • A strong network of existing professional relationships is preferred.
