Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services in Randallstown, MD seeks an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This part-time or PRN position focuses on planning, directing occupational therapy services and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment planning, scheduling, and documentation; supervision of COTA and compliance with reimbursement practices. Active OT license required and ongoing CEU participation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention for each patient.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment plans and goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents, families, and the team.
• Establish individual therapy schedules with the team.
• Deliver therapy per plan and document and bill services.
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients.
• Oversee COTA and ensure documentation and reimbursement practices are followed

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s)

Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure
