Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC in Randallstown, MD seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This part-time or PRN role focuses on delivering high-quality OT services to residents in a supportive team environment.

You will screen and evaluate residents, develop and monitor treatment plans, coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team, schedule therapies, document thoroughly, and supervise COTA as needed while ensuring compliant reimbursement

Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapy degree.
• Active OT license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best OT intervention.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and the team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with the team.
• Deliver therapy per plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Perform additional duties to effectively treat patients.
• Oversee COTA as needed and ensure compliant documentation and reimbursement.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Occupational Therapy license
