Job summary

BulKy Pulpit International is seeking a junior in-house commercial counsel to support BPI Legal in analyzing, reviewing, negotiating, and marking up a wide range of client- and vendor-facing commercial contracts at a marketing, creative, digital advertising, and communications consultancy.

You will draft and revise NDAs, service and vendor agreements, and related documents, provide plain-English counsel to internal stakeholders, and help manage contract workflows with our CLM tools in a

Qualifications

2+ years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, in-house experience preferred.
J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
Ability to analyze, draft, amend, and communicate with non-legal stakeholders.
Working familiarity with common commercial contract terms, including IP.
Strong ethics and discretion handling confidential information.
Ability to adapt priorities in a dynamic workload and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Commercial contracts: shepherd from inception to execution with multiple stakeholders.
Negotiation, counsel, and markup per policy while explaining business impact clearly.
Contract management using CLM software and coordination with contracts manager.
Risk-management mindset: spot risks and flag issues as needed.
