You will draft, negotiate, and finalize a range of commercial agreements for the agency and its affiliates, advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and business issues, and work

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience (in-house or law firm).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with confidential, time-sensitive processes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable working independently on commercial contracts.
