Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in New Mexico is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Placitas, Corrales, Sandia Park, Santa Fe and surrounding areas.

This mobile practice offers a balanced life with mentorship, ongoing training, and a guaranteed base salary with bonus opportunities. Eligible for full-time among other benefits including 401k match and PTO.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks post‑hire.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: Part‑time (2‑day/week) opportunities available in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Placitas, Corrales, Sandia Park, Santa Fe, Tijeras, NM and surrounding areas, offering a guaranteed base salary of $55,000 annually plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Full‑time (3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day) compensation details available upon request

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post‑hire and before their associated start date
