Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care across Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Supportive, compassionate in-home veterinary care across multiple NM locations.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love support team to coordinate patient care.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: Part‑time (2‑day/week) opportunities available in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Placitas, Corrales, Sandia Park, Santa Fe, Tijeras, NM and surrounding areas, offering a guaranteed base salary of $55,000 annually plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Full‑time (3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day) compensation details available upon request

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends

• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post‑hire and before their associated start date
