The RN will ensure high-quality, compliant care, collaborate with families, and adapt plans as client needs evolve, while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with the agency.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff and unlicensed personnel.

I. Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to clients of National Home Care Corporation. The RN plays a pivotal role in clinical leadership by conducting assessments, creating care plans, supervising staff, and fostering a culture of excellence in client care.
