National Home Care Corporation seeks an In-Home Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in clients' homes across Seminole, Decatur, Early and Calhoun. You will assess needs, develop care plans, supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, ensure accurate documentation, and educate families while maintaining regulatory compliance.

This part-time role requires a Georgia RN license, CPR/First Aid, excellent communication, and willingness to travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to develop effective care plans and adjust them as conditions change.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff and unlicensed personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that build trust with clients, families, and referral partners.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and use of electronic health records.
• Commitment to professionalism, continuous improvement, and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure each client’s needs are thoroughly assessed and accurately reflected in individualized care plans.
• Deliver skilled nursing services that promote healing, comfort, and client well-being.
• Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs, PCAs, CNAs, and other care staff, ensuring that care is consistent with professional standards and agency policies.
• Strengthen the quality of care through regular supervisory visits, staff coaching, and mentoring.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that reflects the client’s condition and the care provided.
• Serve as a trusted resource for families, clients, and staff by providing education and guidance.
• Promote compliance with state regulations, payer program requirements, and agency standards.
• Foster collaboration among the care team to ensure continuity and effectiveness of services.
