Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a part-time physician to provide in-home health evaluations for members in their homes. The role involves conducting comprehensive health assessments, reviewing medications and history, and performing physical exams with optional tests as directed by the health plan.

Clinicians work in a national network, visiting members in their homes, and may travel locally. The role includes a fixed part-time schedule and eligibility for select benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
• Able to cover the following primary counties: Arapahoe/Douglas County.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including a 45-minute visit with medication and medical history review, physical examination, and optional diagnostic tests as ordered by the health plan.
• Use an iPad with a clinical workflow; no requirement to prescribe medications or order labs or alter treatment.
• Travel locally within licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed.
