Qualifications

• One year experience in the home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Report changes in the client’s condition and document electronically.
• Assist with devices for daily living such as wheelchairs and walkers.
• Provide assistance with personal health care activities.
