Job summary

Savens Homecare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes across Massachusetts. You will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and monitor clients’ wellbeing.

This part-time role requires CPR certification. You will work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure safety, continuity of care, and compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Monitor client's vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with clients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, light meal prep, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
