Job summary

Savens Homecare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate In Home Caregiver to deliver high-quality care in clients' homes in Massachusetts. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support safety and comfort on every visit.

The role requires CPR certification, strong communication, and teamwork with other healthcare professionals. This part-time position offers competitive pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and medication schedules; lift/move clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Monitor clients vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with clients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned
