Job summary

Savens Homecare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to provide high quality care to clients in their homes. The role includes assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and monitoring to ensure clients receive the best possible care.

CPR certification is required. This is a part-time position with a focus on reliable, patient care and strong communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with medication management as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Monitor clients' vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Educate and support clients and families.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning).
• Other duties as assigned.
