Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services through SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Seattle. The role emphasizes individualized treatment plans, data collection, and collaboration with a supervising BCBA.

The position offers 15 hours per week (Mon-Fri after 10am) with a focus on improving communication, self-help and social skills for youth with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenging populations.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in their homes and/or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
