Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services in the Everett area is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician to provide in-home therapy and community-based services. The role supports youth with developmental disabilities, delivering 1:1 ABA-driven programs under supervision, with a Monday through Friday 4:30p-6:45p schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs in home/community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and protect confidentiality.
