Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Seattle seeks a Certified Behavior Technician to support clients through individualized ABA programs in home and community settings. You will work 1:1 with individuals, implement treatment goals under supervision, and help track progress while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs in clients' homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Give progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills.
• Track client progress and data.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
