Job summary

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services offers part-time in-home ABA therapy positions in Richmond, Virginia. BTs and RBTs work in-family homes, under BCBA supervision, with flexible afternoon/evening cases and consistent weekly assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA or related experience preferred.
• RBT certification strongly preferred but not required.
• Must pass background screening.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record session data using a mobile device.
• Write clear, accurate session notes.
• Support development of communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers.
