Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our New Jersey team. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized ABA strategies, and deliver hands-on therapy to children with Autism.

This role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional development. Travel to client homes and community settings is required to support progress and generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes, schools, and other settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Provide direct ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings.
• Support families and caregivers with coaching and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment progress.
