Job summary

Cove ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Ridgewood/Maspeth, NY. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, delivering impactful services in homes and schools.

The role offers part-time hours (approx 11/week) with competitive pay ($25-30/hour) and opportunities to pursue RBT certification, plus mileage reimbursement and growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in care or education settings.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs and behavior-focused therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/school.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
