Job summary

Cove ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy in Washington Heights, NY. You will work with children under BCBA supervision, delivering services in homes and schools with data collection and progress tracking.

Benefits include training to obtain RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within the ABA field. This is a part-time role with a Tuesday-Thursday 3:00pm–6:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR certification (Preferred).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home/school.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
