Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a young child in Greensboro, under BCBA supervision, joining an existing team.

This is a defined, consistent schedule with 10 hours per week, Wednesdays and Thursdays, all sessions in the family’s home; mileage is reimbursed. Ideal candidates have a current RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and comfort with in-home services.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions per individualized plan.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured setting.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship to promote independence.
• Collect data and track progress for treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review progress and adjust.
• Communicate goals and progress with parents/caregivers.
• Maintain session documentation and credential requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
