Job summary

CVS Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking a part-time Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Manager and lead a Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality care. You will help manage operations, advise customers, and participate in patient care programs to improve health outcomes.

Required licensure, immunization certification, and a clean record;BS in Pharmacy or PharmD; part-time schedule with 15 hours weekly; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart and support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory requirements and quality assurance in the pharmacy.
• Contribute to patient care programs to improve health outcomes and drive growth.
• Manage inventory, workflow, and profitability while maintaining loss prevention.
