Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a part-time role. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and oversee Pharmacy Support Staff and operations.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage inventory, workflow and financial profitability.
• Provide ongoing customer service and professional pharmacy practice.
• Develop staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.
• Apply knowledge to help achieve healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health.
