Job summary

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Attend to safety and accuracy in dispensing and counseling.
• Immunize patients and support immunization programs.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and provide feedback to the manager.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
