Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, verify identifiers and explain studies.
• Assist with examinations and patient preparation for imaging.
• Support CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and other imaging workflows.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging appointments and referrals.
• Transport patients safely between imaging areas and departments.
• Perform standard clerical tasks and data entry in radiology systems.
