LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a skilled ICU nurse to provide direct patient care in a critical care environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on patient- and family-centered safety and quality.

Collaboration with the interprofessional team ensures effective communication across the care continuum. The role requires RN licensure, ICU experience, and the ability to work night shifts part-time.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; BSN preferred.
• ICU experience is required; no supervisor experience is necessary.
• Ability to work night shifts on a part-time basis.

Job description

The position involves providing direct patient care in a critical care environment, primarily within an ICU setting. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards, promoting patient and family-centered care, safety, and quality compliance. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interprofessional team to ensure effective communication across the continuum of care.
