Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Sullivan, MO seeks a dedicated RN to provide direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU. This role targets nurses with 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience who want to advance in critical care.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, educate patients and families, promote safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the team. Night shifts include differential pay, with weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• RN license required or in process; Nursing Diploma/Associate degree accepted.
• 1–2 years Med/Surg experience preferred; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness.

The role includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established nursing standards. Responsibilities also encompass patient and family education, promoting safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Duties:

• Delivering compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.

• Communicating care plans effectively across care teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience in nursing; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
