Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist in Glendale, Ohio for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week). You will provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts, and handle food service items while following store policy and safety rules.

The position requires at least 16 years old and involves standing and lifting as part of daily tasks. The role includes working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift with a friendly, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash, coins, and payments accurately.
• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, cups, and other ice cream items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean dip cabinet and freezers.
• Monitor store safety and report discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
