Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and handle objects weighing around 21 pounds as part of DipSide items handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare and serve hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and other food items.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and gas console accurately.
• Restock shelves, dip cabinet, and freezers; ensure dates are current and stock is presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
