Job summary

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is hiring a part-time Scooper at our Neuhoff (Germantown) shop in Nashville, TN. You will greet guests, scoop and serve items, and share knowledge about flavors and specials.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable and available for at least three shifts per week, including late nights past 12am. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips and employee benefits from the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Genuine passion for ice cream and desserts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Scooping and serving all menu items with quality and presentation.
• Educate guests on flavors, ingredients and offerings.
• Prepare fresh menu items daily.
• Operate Square POS for checkout.
• Follow food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock daily tasks.
